Hockey Bingo Activity - It's A Hockey Night in Canada Party!

Bingo is a game that is easy enough to play with kids of all ages but fun for all.  With these hockey themed bingo cards it is sure to be a hit.  The pictures make it simple for the little ones.  Print off a set and have fun!

Hockey Bingo:

Best for: Ages 3 to 5

You'll Need:
  • Hockey Bingo sheets – download available here
  • Pennies or place markers.

Preparation for the game:
  1. Print off enough Bingo sheets for the number of guests at the party.
  2. Cut out the Hockey Draw Cards and place them in a container or bag.

Instructions for the game:

  1. Provide each child with a Hockey Bingo sheet.
  2. Place a pile of place markers in front of each child.
  3. Begin picking one Hockey Draw Card from the container and announcing it to the group.
  4. Players will place a marker on their Hockey Bingo sheet if they have that item in the correct column.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until one player has 6 pictures covered in a row going vertically, horizontally or diagonally and calls out Bingo.

Tips & Tricks:
  • Because there are 5 different Hockey Bingo sheets and you may need to print multiples, you will end up with more than one child winning each game.

PS  - Next time my son helps me out I'll make sure he's wearing socks without holes in the toes!

  1. Wow! You have a hockey loving family. We aren't quite at that stage yet but we do love Bingo at our house. Thanks for the printables.

I am laughing out loud at the holey sock comment. These things happen. In my house it would probably be my socks as opposed to the kids. ;)

  2. It could just as easily have been my husband's socks or mine. Time to go shopping I think.
